How We Party

Be Celebrated and let us do the work! Book your date and leave the rest up to us!

Each party is a 2 hour session. For the first hour and 15-30 minutes guests will either be playing in the activity room and bounce house ; partaking in a zumbini class split with time in the activity room; nerf zone ; or glam experience. During the remaining 30-45 minutes guests will be moved to the party room and celebrate with cake (cupcakes), ice cream, food  and gifts (Food & Desserts brought in by guest, Bizzy Bee  will assist in set up.


Party Includes:

-1 to 2 Bizzy Bee Birthday Party Staff Members to organize and run your party

- 1 hour 15-30 minutes of activity and  30-45 minutes of party (cake, presents, etc.)

-Private, decorated Party Room for 35 guests (including the birthday child)  

Additional Guests $5.00 each  (Max capacity 40 - Child and Adult Mix- cannot hold 40 adults)

-Chairs, Tables, & table settings for all guests (plates, cups, napkins, flatware, serving utensils) in the color of your choice; color options may vary at different times of year)

-Party setup & cleanup

-High chair for birthday child (if age appropriate)


Type of Party:

-Zumbini Party/Activity Party

A shortened version of a Zumbini class (30 minutes) & access to all items activities in play room (minus bounce house- 45 minutes)

-Bounce House/Activity Party

Access to all items in play room and bounce house.


-Nerf Battle Party (max 18 children)

Play room is set up with mats and barriers to create a challenging nerf zone. Players will receive different colored bandanas to divide into teams. Different challenges will be set up to create a fun gaming experience for part of time and remainder of time will be free play. All nerf equipment provided by Bizzy Bee.

-Dodgeball Party (max 18 children) **Can play additional sports/games if desired during time also)

Teams will be challenged to different types of dodgeball games.

-Floor is Lava Party (max 18 children-- additional $15 fee for this party due to set-up/prep time)

Just like the show kids will be paired in teams of 3 and attempt to get across the challenge to the end to win .

-Capture the Flag Party (max 32 children-- additional $15 fee for this party due to set-up/prep time)

The green team will battle the blue team in a GLOW IN THE DARK match to capture the flag!

-Glam/Girls Day Party (max 10 children-- additional $15 fee for this party due to materials)

Guests will be treated to a “mini pedicure” as they chat and listen to music. Guests will also be assisted in making their own bath bomb to take home with them! Fun & Sassy!

-Painting/Art Party (max 12 children-- additional fee for this party due to materials- fee depends on party size)

Guests will be partake in a project of their choice that will be prepared and ready to create! Each unique creation will be theirs to take home and display!

-Movie/Popcorn Party ( additional fee for this party for popcorn bar)

Guests will watch a movie of their choice  on projector. A popcorn bar will also be prepared and ready to enjoy! Kiddos can move around and roam freely during movie time if needed.

Basic Party Package: Party room, tables, chairs, and settings for guests, personalized name sign, 1-2 staff members to assist party, tables for gifts and also cake/ice cream/food display area. Plus a birthday t-shirt gift for the birthday child! (you must provide own drinks and food- Fridge available to store cold/frozen items) Staff member will be there to assist in setting up food/any additional decor you choose to bring in) 

Deluxe Party Package: Basic package plus background banner & photo props and/or $20-25 party add-on option , plus goodie bags to send home with each child (up to 15 children. Additional fee for more)

Basic Package for up to 35 guests $215

$5.00 for each additional guest up to 40 people (Child & Adult Mix- cannot hold 40 adults)

Deluxe Package for up to 35 guests $265

$5.00 for each additional guest up to 40 people (Child & Adult Mix- cannot hold 40 adults)


Additional Party Add-Ons:

  • Use of both bounce houses $15   (without this add-on you would choose one or the other--- both are included with DELUXE)

  • Party Decor Upgrade to themed decor (LOL, FROZEN, PAW PATROL, or UNICORNS) $20 Other themes available upon request with price pending.


  • 7 ft x 5 ft Birthday/Baby Shower/Bridal Shower/ Etc. Photo Backdrop and photo props $20 (option of your choice from inventory)


  • Balloon Garland/Arch with up to 3 color choices (other balloon display options possible) $25


  • Bee decor/theme “Happy Bee-Day,”  “Mommy to Bee,” “He or She, What Will It Bee” $30 (this includes wall decor and themed balloon display from choice of inventory)


  • High Chair Banner Rental $10 (Option of your choice from inventory)

  • Party set up with your decor $25 (can be dropped off the night before/morning of)
